For the dart thrower in the family. Here is a stylish, custom made backing board for your dart board.
The backing material is actually cork flooring panels. The customer provided the panels because they were looking for something different other than the traditional plain cork or felt covered cork. The frame is made from reclaimed oak. So there are some spots that reflect that the wood was rescued. As nice as it looks it was worth the effort. This also means that there are some defects with the lumber that were NOT removed or corrected. As you can see from the photos, it provides a nice contrast and color.

This board is 36″ x 36″ with a satin finish and a modified cleat to hang it on the wall. This weighs 40lbs with the board mounted. This board is very quiet and does not bump or rattle against the wall. This one does not come with a light because the customer was going to provide that themselves.
